The house was fine. I do wish the bathroom had more towels and rags. We had a big group and only had 1 towel per bathroom. Also we could never get the Tv to work. But other than that the place was nice. Would definitely stay there again

Wives of Logan County Get Away

A retired group of ladies wanting to get away and boy, was this the perfect spot! The house and property are spectacular and though in a safe neighborhood setting, the privacy was a true back to nature experience. The lake view was so soothing and the house was grand. We highly recommend this place!

Fabulous house plan for the four couples to have privacy and various indoor and outdoor areas for everyone to gather. The kitchen was amazing with everything organized. So much storage and any utensil you might need. There was a beautiful lake view with easy access to a boat dock. There was plenty parking for everyone. Excellent house for a stay in Hot Springs.

Lovely home!

Our ladies book club stayed in this home for five nights. We cooked nightly, played games and spent time floating in the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location we perfect for day trips to surrounding area and floating in the calm waters was so relaxing. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Fantastic House For a Group

We did a girls trip to Hot Springs. While we love being together everyone needs their own space at times. This 5 bedroom, two living room, large kitchen, and small kitchenette, did just that. The two patios are large and the water view is to die for. We would recommend this home to everyone

Weel-maintained, spotless. View of lake was perfect from many sites on the property. Rooms were nice and beds extremely comfortable. Space for all to pursue their specific interests, i.e. tables for chess, recliners to watch movies, deck to relax and look at lake views, internet to allow us to stay "connected" for ones who actually needed to stay in touch with work or home.) Great House for Meeting Friends

We had a wonderful stay in Hot Springs. There were 4 couples from 4 different states there for the races. The house is as pictured and was clean, easy to get to and in a great location. We enjoyed nights and mornings spent on the deck together. There was plenty of seating in the great room for all of us to be together. We look forward to returning next year. I highly recommend this house - but not when I'm wanting to book it. :)

Beautiful Lake Sunsets! Rent this property!

Two families with teenagers is not always easy but this house is amazing. Kids all stayed downstairs which was great. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved the two refrigerators and wine fridge. We brought two boats and it worked great. Deep water around the dock. Perfect for floating and swimming. Quiet, large and clean cove. Spent a lot of time on the balcony facing the lake. We actually watched two storms rolling through but we felt protected and safe. Perfect place to sit and have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Master shower has many shower heads and was luxurious. AC was great and never let us down.

My family and I had the best time staying at this incredible home. It is exactly as it is listed. This was our first time staying at Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton. The home is spacious and comfortable. Huge well stocked kitchen with a mini kitchen downstairs. Nice back porch with a beautiful view. Lake Hamilton is clean and gorgeous and during our stay during the week it was surprisingly quiet. The boat dock deck was perfect for swimming and having fun on the water. This home is also close to everything you need. Plenty of parking. Such a well laid out custom home and renting from VRBO/Evolve could not be easier. I have never had a problem renting from VRBO. The home owners were informative and made sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. We had no issues with anything. And the price was very reasonable. We all want to come back to this home. All of us girls had a massage/facial with Living Wellness Day Spa. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful property and setting. Great house, great porch, great accommodations, great fire pit. Homeowner drove 4 hrs to make sure we were alright after power outage. He stayed several hours going over every question we had and was very helpful. Great fun and laughs for all of us. This was a girlfriend trip with 7 senior citizens!
