BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER!

Our family has been vacationing on Lake Hamilton for many years! We have grown over the years and actually had a wide range of ages from 2 YO, teens, college age kids, and adults. The Rock House couldn’t have been better for our needs. Everything from the pool to the hot tub to the game room kept us all entertained. It was just a perfect stay! We would love to stay again in the future!

Fantastic house on the lake

Loved the location right on the lake. Pool was great and we liked the deck and hot tub. The house had all the supplies we needed and everything functioned great. The ice maker was very useful. We had a great time.

This place had everything you could ask for. Lovely views, amazing pool that the kids were constantly in, more than enough comfortable beds and everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. The Barn was ideal for the kids! Everyone said that it was probably the best short-term rental that we have ever stayed in. We will be back for another visit!

Family Reunion

House was amazing. Plenty of hot water for all 9 of us to shower. The communication was top notch. The pool pump broke and was fixed within hours.

Perfect place for our family vacation!

The Rock House was the perfect place for our family of 8 adults and 7 kiddos. It offered something for everyone…”The Barn” game room, the large pool, a dock and shore for fishing, the fire pit, and a large deck for relaxing. The house provided plenty of room for our group to gather together as well as plenty of room for privacy. We loved our time together here. Overnight Digs was super to work with from reservation to check out. We will be booking with them again.

Perfect weekend!

Beautiful home! Cannot say enough about the attention to detail & how awesome the amenities were. Large bedrooms, ample beds & plenty of lounge space made it a fun weekend with friends and family but still let everyone relax without feeling on top of each other. Sunrises were awesome & location was in a nice quiet neighborhood while still maintaining a close drive to anything we wanted to do in town. Already planning our next trip to Hot Springs & would recommend The Rock House to anybody doing the same!

Great place!

The house was amazing! The backyard area was our favorite. Our stay was great and the company who helps out was fantastic. The only thing I gave less stars to was that I wish the listing would have been a little clearer on The Barn being separate from the main house. It worked out perfectly, but it was something we just didn’t realize before booking with littles!

I took a birthday weekend trip to The Rock House with just my two teenagers. There was room for a huge group but we enjoyed it so much just the three of us. The hosts were excellent and so thoughtful. They responded right away every time I reached out and I helped me problem solve any questions I had. My son was excited about playing basketball but when we got there the ball was deflated. I messaged to see if there was another one anywhere and they dropped off a new one that morning which was just incredible! I was also a little nervous about the pool and lake because my son has Down syndrome and loves to swim and be in the water — even though he’s older and great at following directions I was still slightly concerned he might decide to go swim by himself. He never attempted to do that, but regardless my mind was immediately put at ease upon arrival because every door had secure child locks high up that would not have been easy for him to figure out. So if you are traveling with young children or those with special needs, you will feel very safe about being on the water. The house was beautiful, the hosts were spectacular and the property has everything you could need. We bought some aluminum foil and should have also purchased some plastic bags but other than that there is a full kitchen and every spice you need if you like to cook. You can tell they really care about their guests. We would love to stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing Rock City House and the Barn!!

We absolutely loved this place! Everything matched the pictures. To the person/people that designed “the barn” it is phenomenal! Each bed has a night light and charging port!! We didn’t leave the property for anything other than groceries and pool floaties! The back porch has a great view of the lake and the pool! Don’t forget the mosquito spray!! Our back porch favorites: propane grill, tv and sound bar! There is walk up lake access if you want to dip a toe in or fish!. If you rent a boat or jet ski there is a dock on the lake that’s accessible from the property for parking. There is no place on the property to actually lower your boat into the water though. (Not a complaint just information) Parking was not an issue, we drove 7 full sized vehicles and still had room for others. Last thing, there is a steep hill getting to the property so be careful if you are not the best driver! Also, there is mini steep hill between the barn and main house. (Not a complaint just information).
