Beautiful condo

This was a perfect stay for our family of four for a week over Spring Break. Close to Hot Springs National Park and the Botanical Gardens. The beds were comfortable and the views of Lake Hamilton were amazing.

The view is everything advertised. The host was gracious despite getting a late call the night of check in. The unit was clean and very well decorated. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking or just sitting around with take out.Will book again!

Wonderful Views!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property over New Years weekend. The views were as wonderful as promised and the condo was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to prep meals. We received a warm welcome with lots of information about the area and especially loved the holiday decor that helped us stay in the holiday spirit even while being away from home.

Beautiful home and view

We really enjoyed the stay. The down side was the entrance and balcony having so many spider webs and bugs. We had to get something to clean off the webs and dead bugs on door to get in. Once inside it was totally clean and beautiful.

Just spent 4 nights in the condo overlooking Lake Hamilton. Absolutely gorgeous views and the pics are spot on! Place was the cleanest rental we have ever had and well stocked. The layout is wonderful with views and deck on 2 sides viewable from the Kitchen/Dining & Living Room. Finally enough seating for everyone inside & out! 3rd floor but worth the steps! Definitely will come back!

Scenic and Quiet - VERY Nice!

Great views (and sunsets) over the SE part of Lake Hamilton on a dead-end street. Condo was well decorated, clean, and full of all the amenities needed for even a lengthy stay. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy. Condo proprietor left a binder with all the necessary info to operate appliances, and included hand-written notes on recommended places to bisit and eat. We had a wonderful experience here!

Quiet location on lovely Lake Hamilton. Kitchen is under trees and we made great use of the deck. Nice layout for a condo. Generously appointed. We enjoyed walking the shoreline. Very close to the gardens. Host was responsive. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo. Check in and check out was very easy.

Amazing views of Lake Hamilton

This condo is beautiful and spacious with wonderful views of Lake Hamilton. We had everything we needed for a fun week at the lake. We brought paddle board/kayaks with us but stored them at a different condo so we didn’t have to walk them up and down the stairs each time we wanted to use them. We had family in five other condos on the main level, so this was a great option for us. The back porch is perfect for watching sunsets and enjoying coffee in the morning.

Stunning sunsets, beautiful views of the lake and wildlife. Close enough to everything but far enough away to relax! Make sure to enjoy the covered porch and take in the views! Heaven on Hamilton is well worth it! Everything we needed was there. Clean and comfortable too!

Wonderful Vacay!

We really loved this property. It was a great location just outside the hustle of the main drag in Hot Springs so we had the best of both worlds in that way. Close to everything but far enough away to relax in the quiet. Beautiful views. We I’ll for sure stay here again!

This condo was very clean, had everything we needed, great wrap around balcony with beautiful views!! Plenty of room for my husband and teenage son!! Fire place was nice to have on cold nights!!! Truly is Heaven!

This is an outstanding place. The pictures do not lie. Easy check-in and the owner even left us goodies. I would stay here again Quiet part of Lake Hamilton. Just beautiful.
