Private hot tub for two private pool and peleton ( bring your shoes). Dock (be aware the lake is lowered five feet for the winter making dock unreachable by boat and pool is closed down from November to March). Covered Patio. Dining table with a lake view seats four as well as three bar stools. All the amenities you expect plus the convenient location you will appreciate, quiet but just minutes from historic downtown and the Hot Springs bathhouses. 3 kayaks provided. Come enjoy the beautiful lake. Located on a quiet street with a fenced yard. Very private as owners are gone and are renting out the terrace level. 9' ceilings. Complete kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher. All the amenities you expect; WiFi, TV with Roku, quality furnishings, linens and cookware. Beautiful home
House was beautiful! We were unaware the yard was fenced in, perfect for our dog. We very much enjoyed our stay, we saw deer and a fox the first night! The pool was not usable but it was only warm enough to possibly use one day. Hot tub and lake views were amazing! Thanks for an enjoyable mini vacation!

Great stay
The house was great. the view of the lake was beautiful and the deer that walked into the side yard a lovely surprise. Only recommendations: 1. Need to make people aware clearly not handicapped accessible. My husband has mobility issues and the side stairs with luggage were not easy. also need directions for the bedroom TV as you had in the living room.

Weekend getaway
House was very nice and a great location. Well set up for our stay and had everything we needed and beyond. House very clean. We went during winter therefore too cold for lake activities but summertime would be great there too! Beautiful, relaxing view on the lake. Hot tub was nice and relaxing with a great view. The house was inviting. Would definitely recommend!!

Last Minute New Years Getaway
This was the perfect property for our family of four. The house was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the lake. My husband and kids loved the pool table. It’s conveniently located near any point of interest in Hot Springs. I highly recommend this property!

Ideal Getaway for Small Family
This home was an ideal getaway for my family of 4. Home is clean and well stocked. Perfect size for family of four. Complete with hot tub, fire pit and pool table. There is also a pool but we went during off season. Located on the lake with beautiful views and great outdoor spaces. Perfect location a short drive from everything in Hot Springs. Would highly recommend!
