Absolutely beautiful view of the lake. We arrived a little early and the owner was happy to let us in. Nice property but really needs a deep clean. The bath tub in the downstairs bath is clogged up. So standing in water while in the shower not good. Main floor bath tub was not cleaned. We did not have A/C the first night. So not a great experience. Things happen, corrected the next day. Then no ice. The owner dumped the ice maker and left us with no ice the first night. We filled muffin pans to make ice and made do. Again, corrected once the ice maker caught up the next day. For the most part we enjoyed our stay. But cleanliness is our number one complaint. Tubs were not clean. We realized the kitchen floor was not clean when we spilled water and used paper towels to clean it up and the paper towels were dirty. Again, great property just needs a deep clean!

Tranquil, relaxing, cozy, quiet, peaceful, beautiful - so many words to describe “Happy Place”! We loved spending our Christmas here. They put up a beautiful tree and decorated to make our holiday bright. Furnishings are top notch. It felt like model home!!! We will definitely be back!!!

“Happy Place” confirmed

A overall amazing place, even it rained everyday when we stayed. Kids were able to fish on the deck of the boat house rain or shine. It is a lake front house but we also felt like in the forest. A lot of very tall trees around the house and birds were singing all day long. Very relaxing and peaceful place. And inside is very tastefully decorated, very clean and convenience.

Amazing host/view

The pictures don’t do it justice..the view from everywhere is amazing…and even though it is located in a neighborhood a neighbors across the lake or so far away and the way the lot of position it’s like you’re all by yourself, absolute peace and quiet. The host was perfect from start to finish from booking through the stay. She didn’t miss a beat. We will definitely stay there when we go back to Hot Springs area.

Spring break getaway

The kids played out by the store until dark then grabbed flashlights and headlamps and played some more. Quiet neighborhood but close proximity to everything you would need. Home owner really made it feel like home away from home. Highly recommend. We will be back

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

2024 Eclipse on Lake

Beautiful property and house. Our family of 9 vacationed here for the solar eclipse and it was amazing. The housel is fully stocked and very comfortable. Many areas to relax with incredible views of the lake.

A Grand Retreat!

We stay at a lot of properties. This one is a gem. Location- It’s about 11 minutes from a grocery store and about 20 minutes from the heavy tourist areas which is my preference. Pizza & food delivery available. It’s a very quiet and peaceful location! Kitchen ready! We made a meal and were about to make coffee in the mornings. Loved the elegant and modern decor. Beds are superb- very comfy. Family friendly home with toys and games for kiddos and most importantly very clean! Beautiful views, even better in person!

Excellent property and home

We have stayed in several properties on Lake Hamilton and this home was was well beyond our expectations. It was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. It was truly amazing and Courtney was very helpful and responsive on everything. All I can say is “WOW”. Nothing in this house, property or location disappointed us at all. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY, for sure!!!!

A Perfect Lake House Vacation

Not a single complaint. This house had it all. No detail was missed by the owners of this property. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything. All rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Sitting areas were in all of the right places. During our stay we had 2 families, 6 young kids (fit perfectly in the bunk room). There were toys, games, a basket of books, and lots of grass space outdoors they enjoyed running and playing in. The house was in a perfect location on the lake. We jumped off the end of the dock and paddle boarded without any worry of boat traffic coming near. We used Walmart grocery pick up, which was about 5 minutes from the house. This house is convenient to everything in town, and a short boat ride to marinas and restaurants. We hope to be back next year!

Lovely Lake house

Loved this property. Great if you have a boat you need to dock or there was a rental available on property too with plenty of water sport options as well. Kitchen was well stocked, there were even lots of kids toys. Clean, beautiful and easy. Great location. Loved everything about it.

Super chill lake

This is the most chill,laid back lake we’ve ever stayed on. Especially compared to lakes in Texas. The house is super nice and the owner seems well put together and knows how to interior design. 2 families could stay here, but we had 3 kids , 2 adults. It was perfect really and I would say we will be returning in a few years !

Great location on the water and boathouse was perfect for the kids

The location on the lake is perfect, great for boating, skiing, and pulling water toys. The boathouse is great for swimming and the lift makes it easy to access the boat and protect if from the waves. The house is great for a family to relax with a great view of the lake. Look forward to returning next year.
