The house is always such an enjoyable place for us! We rent the home for convention, and it allows us to have a wonderful time for our staff to bond, but still allow everyone to have their own space. The house is gorgeous, and has everything you need to accommodate a big group! The rooms are super spacious and comfortable!! The kitchen is well stocked for meals and enough room for everyone We have stayed twice, and enjoyed it both times.

Great. 5 siblings ages 90 to 72 and some spouses, children were very comfortable in this house and it is beautiful. We enjoyed visits on the patio, under the cabana, at the kitchen table and entertaining at the dining table. Everything was spotless, kitchen was well furnished, appliances worked.

This house is right on the water and gray for large groups. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of cooking appliances. The grill was a great addition and the fire pit is awesome. Can’t wait to be back!

Family vacation for 13

The house is not just beautiful but so very spacious.7 bedrooms with each having its own bathroom. The house was well equipped with all the necessities. Fishing was great. The family caught 3 huge catfish weighting over 5 pounds or more, numerous smaller fish and 4 turtles, one which weighed 20 lbs. the kids had a great time fishing. Also had a nice pool, weather was just too cool to enjoy.

Absolutely beautiful home, very large, fantastic place, plenty of room, well stocked, nice furniture, clean. Absolutely love the layout and space. We loved our stay here. The neighborhood looks sketchy but appears to be safe, we didn't have any trouble or see any problems. Not too far from town, quite area.

We had a great time and the house was more than adequate for all 13 of us. The house is very big and all the extra bathrooms were great. The management was very responsive to all questions that we had and we had no major issues. The house could use some general maintenance overall with faucets being loose and doors tough to close, but nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our family. Thanks for everything!

Very nice property! I would plan to bring your own dish towels and extra paper towels. The dish towels were microfiber, and only two were provided. Located right on the water, only 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs! I would stay here again!

Beautiful Home on the Lake

Our stay was one of the best ever family vacations. The home is spacious, expertly furnished and lots of unexpected amenities such as condiments, coffee, sugar, etc. The kitchen dishes, pots and pans and utensils are abundant for a large gathering. The grand kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock. Hot Springs has plenty of fun things to do. We will return.

The home was very comfortable. Everything was there that we needed and we had a nice time. The pool needed cleaned and the owner came and made it right quickly. The outside balconies and pool area need some tender loving care and maybe just a power washing would help.

Fun house for kids and a dog! We appreciated the large dining space for 10 of us!

Neighborhood seems sketchy and dogs close by would chase us if we wanted to walk. Our last night we had a storm related power outage and being so remote there didn’t seem to be anyone to come and restore it!

Yes, there are some items that need repair and some other quirky things like hot water on the right and lots of light switches that are not wired correctly for three way operation but it did not impact our holiday.

Nice house for a big group

This house fit the needs of our large group. Lots of room for the kids to run around and we enjoyed the outdoor space. The home could use a deep clean inside and a power wash on the outside. We had some trouble with multiple ant hills around the patio area. There are no extras (towels, blankets, pillows, etc) so bring your own if you're wanting more than the bare minimum. Overall, though, we had a great weekend!
