Amazing!!

This was our second year renting this property to enjoy Hot Springs. Center of all attractions on Central Avenue, less than 5 minutes from Oak Lawn Race Track and the property is very well maintained. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location with easy walking access to bathhouse row and all the downtown shops, not to mention amazing pizza at Deluca’s downstairs. We brought our mountain bikes and were able to get on some easy trails not far from the loft. The colorful LED lighting and music are a unique and fun touch. Overall great time!

Fantastic stay in hot springs. Couldn’t say enough about the accommodations. Everything we needed and more. Chic was a great name for it. The Kids loved all the color changing lighting m, exposed brick, games they were a very nice touch. Great location in walking distance of everything downtown. Hosts were quick to respond to the couple questions we had. Everything couldn’t have been smoother. Would definitely recommend. Will be staying again on our next trip to hot springs.

Amazing perfect place to spend time in Hot Springs

This was an amazing place - located close to so many places to eat and see on Central Ave. Loved the coffee bar, balconies, all the electronic perks, anything you needed for a complete stay was provided. We will go back in a heartbeat -

This rental is a perfect place for a weekend getaway! Location is perfect!! We were in walking distant from the restaurants, bars, and local shopping. Not to mention, the shuffle board was great entertainment! Our host was very helpful with our stay as well. We will definitely be renting here again.

Space, taste, and relax!

The location was simple to find with all the important details notes by owners. The aesthetics were amazing and our kids (16/11) loved the shuffleboard. The attention to detail went above and beyond. The led color changing lights throughout were a nice treat after a long day of activities. There were suggestions of food venues (super helpful when arriving with always hungry kids). PS. The balconies are perfect for people watching in the evenings.

Family stay on way home

First visit for our family in Hot Springs on the way back home from Texas and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. So appreciative of the ease and completeness of the whole process and the location is perfect for walking downtown. The space was so much fun and so creatively and tastefully done. Just WOW!

Unique & Convenient

We loved this condo! The owners did not miss a single detail, from the soft bedding to the stocked coffee bar, & everything we needed to cook and serve food. We loved the surround sound music, large fireplace, & colored overhead lighting! The decor is unique & beautifully done. It was so convenient to walk downstairs to DeLucas for great pizza & explore downtown without ever having to drive anywhere.

Central Perch was even better than the photos. It was so chic and everything was top of the line. The modernized technology throughout Central Perch was awesome. I would like to give a 10 star rating, if we could. First class all the way. Will definitely be a return visit soon.

Wonderful experience!

Fantastic vacation rental! Excellent location in Hot Springs made walking everywhere easy. The owner’s meticulous attention to detail throughout the property was obvious. The decor was spot-on and the extras made everything convenient. The multiport charging stations in every room were a nice touch. Finally, we really appreciated the easy checkout process…start the dishwasher and take out the trash. Definitely made us feel that the cleaning fee was actually used for cleaning. We’ve stayed at some places where we wondered why we paid the cleaning fee as we had to do everything. Not here. Well done folks!

Central Perch What a Fantastic Experience

Overnight Digs hit this one out of the park! Great communication, looking forward to our arrival, unit ready with door codes. Upon arrival at the unit entrance I told the daughter someone could be inside. Opened the door and wow music playing through a great sound system, accent lighting in the crown molding, cabinets, and cabinet base, and the fireplace lite up. Such a welcoming atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable. The showers are huge with plenty of hot water. I couldn’t think of anything that wasn’t already there. Great location just a few blocks from Bathhouse Row. Next trip to Hot springs will stay in this unit again.

Amazing Place to Stay!

We stayed at the Central Perch loft for four days in June, and our experience was amazing. The loft is incredible and was by far the coolest place we’ve ever stayed. It’s modern, new, clean, and definitely has a vibe! Walking in for the first time was quite the experience with the music playing, fireplace going, and colored lights all over the place. I made a list of all the things we loved and appreciated about it during our stay: Chargers & cords throughout the loft for all types of devices Colorful, customizable lighting Music system Large TVs in each room Large kitchen with all the amenities Furniture & artwork was gorgeous Coffee station & syrups Shuffle board table Fireplace Location - Can’t beat it. Sits above DeLuca’s pizza, too, which is delicious. A bathroom within each bedroom Cool vibe Food recommendations on the counter in kitchen Throw blankets & comforters were great Makeup towels

This was my third trip to Hot Springs and this was by FAR the nicest and most spacious place that I have stayed. We were right on the main street with less than a 10 minute walk to Bathhouse Row. Easy walk to all restaurants, shops and National Park trailheads behind the Promenade.Good to Note Items: There is both a Keurig and coffee pot with a good stock of both types of coffee provided. Brita water filter in the fridge. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great place to stay for two couples! Common area is HUGE!Keep in mind that you are staying directly above the main street. You will get street noise and noise from the restaurant below in both bedrooms. Friday and Saturday evenings were the worst- but it was quiet all other evenings. Also, there is no designated parking spot. You are at the mercy of street parking. We never had issues finding parking and no one messed with our vehicle. There is also a much larger homeless presence in the area than I remember from two years ago. Every time we walked out our door, we were approached. Homeless were camped out on most street benches on the sidewalks by the main entry. I have previously stayed in areas within walking distance of the Bathhouse Row in the past and did not have nearly as many encounters staying in off-shoot neighborhoods- this may have just been proximity to the main street.Overall great stay! You cannot beat the location.
