The house is nice, location was great since it was close to our weekend plans/events.The driveway is a bit steep, a little difficult to park/turn around at the base of the garage/house. Truck would not fit in the garage, but we managed. The first morning the neighborhood lost power however the host was responsive and communicated effectively. There was noticeable flooring damage in the kitchen from a previous leak. One of the bathroom counter tops were cracked in a few places as well as a leaking faucet, seeping toward the wall. Porch lighting was not operational, and the center ceiling fan was missing a blade. Additionally noticed the corner post (opposite of porch steps) was sagging and has separated approximately 3" from the porch ceiling. The pool table was missing the que ball rack... couldn't be located anywhere. A two night stay; after the first night my spouse felt something crawling on her and found a small spider on top of the comforter in the morning. During the second night she was bit by another. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep the second night before our departure Sunday. It is a nice house and it is peaceful there. Checking in and out was easy and effortless. The host was accommodating and responsive. With some attention it could be a 5 star place to stay!
