Upon arrival there was only 1 luggage cart available, 2 total for the entire hotel. When we got to our room there was blood soaked toilet paper in our toilet, the bathroom was dirty with a ton of black hair on everything. When we went to the pool there was blood all over the pool deck, all around the towel area, and again in front of the elevator. When we woke up in the morning and looked at our bed sheets closer there was blood on our sheets. Gross. Overall, this hotel has gone downhill and the cleanliness was not there whatsoever. Breakfast was also disappointing.

It was a good stay. The location is interesting but it worked for us. The train that goes by shakes the building and my family member thought it was an earthquake but it was quiet and didn't bother us. The front desk staff were wonderful and very welcoming.

Nice clean place for a quick stop. Staff was very helpful and friendly. TV stations are horrible. Not much to watch if that’s how you unwind at night. Seems to be a very safe place to walk around the property

Staff were very friendly. Was a little awkward to get to- missed the "road" the first time. In the industrial part of Lickman road- not much for walking accessible restaurants for supper.

Nice property in Chilliwack

The hotel was nice!! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was very good!!
