Nice big rooms and great amenities. We did have a room that had a door that connected to the room next door so you could hear that room quite clearly. The spa and sauna and gym were all great and not busy when we used it so felt very private. Very close to the main shops and dining area so really convenient. Would stay again !

The second room key was not set up correctly. We got into the elevator and had troubles since the one we grabbed from the envelope did not work. It was frustrating as having an infant and just wanting to go up the elevator to the room. After standing in there for a good couple minutes, frustrated, confused, another staff member was going up the elevator and had to use his security key fob to help us go up. Later we went down to find out the check in was too busy to get the issue solved. Meanwhile the front desk check in staff is thinking that everything was done smoothly and correctly. Frankly, that was not the case.
Generally a clean room, fresh towels, one seemed too old and wasn’t functioning, newer flat screen tv, the basic tv guide was nostalgic of the olden days, decent Starbucks coffee to enjoy in the morning, microwave, mini refrigerator.
Black out blinds, self-explanatory heater, air conditioner, wifi, bedding is fresh, pillows fluffed
