I requested for a special wedding surprise or just even a message for the special occasion but we got nothing. Our room was also changed to another prior to check in. There was no acknowledgement or message so that I have a mental preparation that there will be nothing prepared. If I had known, I could still prepare my own surprise but now it is over.

Very close to sneaker street, foods and shopping malls. from the airport we just took A21 bus to the Royal Plaza Hotel. They have hotel conccierge is a specialized customer service who assist guest. they speak english and very helpul. they always give us directions wherever we want to go. our room is ready so we are able check in one hour early. this hotel is conected with to the mall which we really enjoy. theres a very good restuarant and bake shop by the mall. just right there when you exit the hotel very convinient. we stayed in family room spacious and clean. Definitey staying at this hotel for our future travel to Hongkong.
