The cottage is a great area for sight seeing, manatee, porpoise, otters, turtles and stingrays frequent the waterways off your dock. Several great blue heron, ibis, many bard owls and wood storks also frequent your back yard. There is a great variety of birds in the area.The waterways are bird sanctuaries . You have a dock for a small boat and plenty of room to park your boat and trailer. The cottage comes complete with life vests, 4 person paddle boat, 2 kayaks and a canoe. A lovely yard that is fenced on 2 sides has water on the other two sides. A quiet and charming area to relax.
