Location beautiful/ cleaning horrible

The location was awesome, easy walk to the ocean.The front desk where friendly. Was very surprised the room only had a small window on the door for air. The room had no air conditioning or a fan.(they gave us a small one when we asked) Th maids/cleaning crew was HOORIBLE. We stayed 3 nights, our room was not vacuumed or towels replaced the first night. The second night our trash was emptied, towels replaced and the bed they just threw the sheets back on it looked like my 10 year old made it (it was not tucked in on the bottom it was a mess) the floor was not swept again. They did bare minimum and the sheets where not changed of course. The front desk apologized and gave me fresh towels but the maids where already gone) this is not what I expected and it was very disappointing. you pay 200 plus a night and when you get back from the beach and the room should be welcoming again. I probably will not come back to this location

Had view of ocean and mountains. Access to beach. Restaurants next door, grounds well maintained, lots of flowers and decor. Had private balcony. Large spacious room with lots of windows. Not noisy with great TV and wifi.

Only had a couple nights here in Homer but thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay there again. It's located on the right just as you are entering town. The property has several buildings and easy access to the beach. The Kannery Restaurant is right next door and the River Cafe is a short walk (great place for breakfast). The views from my room were spectacular!

Not fancy, but very clean and met our needs. Laundry facilities close by. Good restaurant right next to the property especially if you need a quicker sit down breakfast or you can get it to go.

Beds good. Really could use a mirror in the room. Difficult for two people to get ready in the morning. Need More counter space in the room. Loved the deck and view. The sand cranes in the morning were a delight

The property was near the beach in Homer. The rooms were manufactured housing in a long strip. It was quiet and comfortable. We stayed one night before our trip to Kodiak. It was close to the airport and the harbor. I would recommend and go back.

Very easy to find. We were running late and the Inn keeper was still up to greet us. It was a very nice touch. He had given me instructions in case he had left the office as to where the key would be located.
