Ideal for couples or small families, the shops, galleries and eateries of Holt are on your doorstep, while the delights of the North Norfolk coast are within easy reach.

Oozing character on the exterior, the interior of this property has a refined and elegant feel. Stylish furniture is mixed with beamed ceilings and wooden or tiled floors, while the nature and wildlife of Norfolk is reflected in artworks and other little touches. A bright hallway welcomes you in with plenty of storage for coats and bags, while the cosy lounge makes the perfect spot to relax after a day’s exploring. The kitchen/diner is well equipped for rustling up holiday meals, and gathering together to dine. Upstairs, two beautifully designed bedrooms invite a calming night’s sleep, and a downstairs shower room and upstairs bathroom with a roll-top bath complete the property.

While there’s no outside space, the independent boutiques and superb cafes and restaurants of Holt are just metres away. Holt Country Park (just over 0.5 miles) is a delightful place to wander amongst woodland, or you can hop on the Poppy Line steam railway to the charming seaside town of Sheringham (7 miles).
