This is by far the worst hotel we have EVER stayed at! We has bird fecal matter all over out patio and patio chairs, the bed was so uncomfortable we had to check out several days early. Would not recommend to ANYONE!

Front desk staff was very nice. That's the only reason it gets a 2/5 instead of 1/5. Other than that, no positive feedback. Paint peeled from walls, broken fixtures and furniture, sticky handprints on most surfaces. The lock for our room was missing half the screws and hanging off the door. The maintenance man "fixed" it by bending the remaining stripped screws down to make it slightly less floppy. Still had to pile stuff in front of the door for 2 nights to prevent our child from escaping.

Keep driving

Hotel wasn't just old and desperately in need of a renovation, but it was VERY dirty. Crumbs on rug from previous guests, killed spiders in our room, vents covered in thick layers of dust, and dingy linens. We stayed one night on our way to Seattle, so our teens could have some fun at the attached activity center. We were exhausted so I overlooked a few things, but the next morning saw dried urine pooled at the outside base of the toilet bowl!! YUK! So not worth it! There are no activity discounts offered for staying at the hotel, so do yourself a favor, stay at a better hotel & go to the amusement park as general public. Although if they don't clean the hotel I can only imagine how dirty the amusement park is.

We have stayed at this multiple times in the past and had always loved it. The room we got this time still had dirty towels on the floor behind the door. The bathroom did not have a shower fan so it gets steamy inside. Also, the conditioner and shampoo containers were nearly empty and couldnt get any out. Other than those, our stay is ok and would definitely stay for our next trip.

Great service.

It’s was okay, the phone didn’t work I couldn’t even dial the front desk. Tv didn’t work well, the guide wasn’t available and you had to scroll through the channels. Couldn’t call the front desk to talk about it so we just didn’t use it. Everything else was great. Service was fantastic.

Room was disappointing

Hotel really needs a lot of work. Beds were horrible and worn down, it’s hard to see in the bathrooms because the lights are so dim. I felt the floor was dirty, and one of the chairs on our 3rd floor balcony was broken!
