Family vacation

Stayed at Sandy Pants with family and in-laws and had a great time! Enjoyed having use of pool and proximity to the beach. Would stay here again for sure!

Sandy pants exceded our expectations! Cozy, great location, very clean with all the right stuff! The pool was beautiful, only thing was construction behind us. Lots of pounding, however shut the doors ,and very quiet. Thanks for a lovely stay..see ya next year!!

Great Vacation

Sandy Pants is a great house. Very easy location to walk to the beach or into Anna Maria. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Only downside was the master bedroom - the bed is more of a mattress topper than a mattress - but other than that the location, the amenities, the pool, the communication everything was awesome! Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed Sandy Pants, especially the location, amenities, and pool, and that everything felt well equipped for your stay. That's exactly what we hope for our guests. We really appreciate you mentioning the master bedroom bed as well. Wonderful Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at Sandy Pants and we love this place. It was remodeled after Hurricane Helene and has never looked better. The beaches are in pristine condition and nearly all Anna Maria restaurants are open for business. Sandy Pants has a great location near the beach and walk-in ready with new beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrellas and new bicycles to coast around the island. The pool area is very tropical with palm trees, lounge chairs, a hammock, table with big umbrella and a perfect sized heated pool. We cooked steaks on the patio grill and soaked in the Florida sunshine. A great friends and family getaway.

Fabulous Vacation Home

We absolutely loved Sandy Pants! It has a huge living room with plenty of comfortable seating. The entire house is tastefully decorated, with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The heated pool is secluded with plenty of seating for everyone! This house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Will definitely be back!

A Week in Paradise

AMI is truly paradise, and our stay at Sandy Pants completed the perfection of the week. The house is super roomy and comfortable with all of the amenities that one could need. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, and my kids listed swimming in the "private pool" as one of their favorite memories of the week. The fact the this property is within walking distance of the beach is the icing on the cake. We caught the sunset every single night and each was more breathtaking the the last. Finally, we really appreciated the information we were sent prior to arriving; we took quite a few of the restaurant suggestions and were thrilled with the food we ate - YUM. Sandy Pants will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we hope to visit again soon!

Say YES to Sandy Pants!

Sandy Pants boasts a wonderful location with its short walk to the beach! It’s comfortable, spacious, well-stocked, and clean. With its quintessential beach decor, this beach house makes for a perfect family getaway! The pool is amazing and capped off each beach day in a refreshing way. The property manager is communicative and responsive with all questions! Highly recommend this rental!

Sandy pants

Nice house. Fairly close to the beach. Lots of things in the kitchen needed to be repaired. The dish washer leaked, the kitchen faucet fell off completely and then the handle on it broke. Fridge didn’t get that cold and downstairs little bathroom toilet, the water constantly ran and didn’t flush well.

Sandy Pants Stay

We had another great week in Anna Maria Island and at Sandy Pants! We gave 4 stars because of the management company (nothing to do with the home!) and because the third bedroom could use some updating (tv with antenna and squeaky bed). Positives: - Beautifully decorated throughout most of the house. - Awesome location just a short walk to the beach - Pool area and grill made you feel like you're really on vacation - Great beach accessories including the wagon, chairs and towels - Kids room was the highlight of the house! Plus many games to keep them busy. Negatives: - The third bedroom was outdated with a very uncomfortable bed - There are no extra amenities upon arrival. Make sure you buy salt/pepper and all extra paper products. - Management company. We didn't appreciate the way they made us feel we stole an item left behind by a previous guest.

The perfect spot for a family of 5+ :)

We had a fantastic time while staying in Sandy Pants. Although the weather was a bit cold, we got to enjoy the nice, heated pool. Getting around was super easy too, and free! We can't wait to come back again.

Great house

The house is exactly what we expected. It has a great pool, five minute walk to the beach, kitchen had what we needed, bed rooms and bathrooms were great. I would stay here again no question. It's great for little kids (we have a one and four year old). I'm not a huge fan of Vacasa rental company, but the house itself was awesome.

Our favorite home away from home

This space is luxurious, comfortable, fun, with all the best amenities on the cutest island Florida has to offer. And the beach is just a 2 minute walk away, even with our toddler. LOVE IT!!!

Everything we needed

This trip was a blessing to my family. The on-location pool was perfect for my family. We have a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) and there was plenty of room. The walk to the beach was a block away and the heated pool was amazing for evening swims.

Beautiful home, steps from the beach

We just returned from a week-long stay at this lovely home on Anna Maria Island. We loved the pool area, the proximity to the beach (no roads to cross) and to Pine Ave. (easy bike or trolley ride), the classy beach decor, and the thoughtful supplies provided (especially the awesome beach cart with the huge tires - perfect for the soft sand!). Though the house is located on Gulf Dr., which is a busy street, the road noise was not much of an issue for us despite it being one of AMI's peak tourist times - but it's definitely something to keep in mind if that's an important consideration for your family. You will definitely hear cars and passersby. But as I said, for us it wasn't a big deal. This is a great little house, "old-Florida" style, and a nice location from which to explore beautiful AMI.

Location,location,location. One block to the beautiful beach. It is on the corner of gulf ave and White street and does have a lot of road noise. Swimming pool was nice.

House was very clean. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Large family room. Fantastic pool area. Heated pool was wonderful. Lots of pool chairs and large patio table with umbrella. Short walk to the pristine beach. Loved it.

Honeymoon

We loved our island honeymoon and were sad to come back to the cold of Michigan! The house is a little outdated, but the owners are doing some great work making the house more modern with a nautical twist. Our favorite part was the private heated pool with tall greenery for complete privacy as we enjoyed the Florida sunshine. There is quite a bit of traffic noise with the house being right on the main road. I will add that the customer service and employees at Vacasa were FANTASTIC to work with! Upon arrival the master bedroom tv did not work and a repair man and technician both stopped by and were able to get us a new TV set up. Thanks again for a memorable honeymoon on Anna Maria!
