Perfect Stay in a Perfect House

The house had everything we needed for our 3 week stay on AMI. Lots of kitchen appliances, pool and beach equipment.Great location, just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island.Very good and timely communication with the owner in case of questions. Thank you - hopefully we will be back one day

Everything you need!

This house was more than perfect for our family of 5! Amazing backyard with saltwater pool, it was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed and more, all beach chairs, toys, cooler provided! We flew in so this was a huge plus. Mario was responsive and communication was great! Would definitely stay here again! We loved it!

Island Paradise

Second stay at Salty Harbor. It was even better than our first!The house is extremely nicely decorated and clean and modern.More than enough space for our family of 5. The bedrooms are furnished with very comfortable beds.The kitchen is very well furnished with all the appliances you can think of.The backyard is a tropical paradise comlete with loungers and grill. We loved to enjoy the warm pool every day and have meals outside.You get bikes and beach chairs. And you have a short walk to the stunning beaches of AMI.Prepare to take off your shoes and turn on beach vacation mode! Enjoy!

Salty Harbor AMI

This little cottage and backyard pool were perfect for the two of us. The location is only a 10 minute walk to the beach, and yet can be enjoyed by the pool as well. It’s located in a pleasant, quite neighborhood, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Amazing trip to AMI

The house was AMAZING! Exactly as advertised. Everything was so clean and well maintained and the pool area was a highlight for our family. Check in was a breeze and Mario was always very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Quiet yet close

Super cute place and very clean, settled in a nice quiet neighborhood with a 4 minute walk to the beach and only a 5 minute drive to anything Anna Maria has to offer. Highly recommend 😎

Great place

The place was great, everything was as expected. We liked that there was some basic things like spices, oil and coffe for cooking and comfort. Pool was not that big but worked fine for us since not everybody was in it at the same time.

Cute duplex with great pool

Great stay at salty harbor for our spring break vacay. Mario was very responsive. Beds were super comfortable and it was the perfect size for 4 people. Short walk to the trolley stop and beach access. Nice to have chairs and umbrellas available for the beach as we flew. 2 bikes were fun to ride around in the evenings. We will be back

Salty Harbor AMI was GREAT!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks. Everything was as advertised. The place and especially the back yard were beautiful! We needed to contact the host the first day to get the code to the thermostat to turn on the heat (yes it was that cold for a few days). Mario answered quickly and was very helpful!

Everything you need, great central location

We had a great stay at Salty Harbor! The property had everything we needed and more, and you could tell Mario thought of extras to make the stay special. The property is in a great central location on the island and communication with Mario was great when we needed anything. We fell in love with AMI and will be back!

Paradise

Everything was amazing! We were in the pool everyday and the beach is a short walk away. Enjoyed a wonderful burger at Skinny’s and strolled across the street to watch the sunset on the beach. Felt just like home, we WILL be back in the near future! Highly recommend 👍

Great Vacation

Very nice property,updated inside, nice size pool, great location, and outstanding communication with the owner. Only concern, A/C, and bath tub handle hard to work. However the owner, was very active toward resolving the AC and no doubt will address the bath handle. I would have no reservations toward booking thid house again.

Need to update AC

The house was perfect in every way except for the AC units limitations. The lowest the AC Unity can go was 71 degrees so when it’s nearly 110 degrees outside with humidity the AC is struggling to keep up. There were many days when we walked into the house from the beach and it was 74 degrees inside. That’s not very refreshing.

Island Oasis With Privacy

The moment we pulled into the driveway, we felt like we were home. From beach chairs to our own table in the pool this property certainly had it all! We could not have asked for a better vacation and we will surely be coming back soon!:):)

Perfect week with our kids!

We had an amazing time! The backyard pool and hang area was a highlight- we began and ended our day playing in the pool with our kids (6 and 9). My husband and the kids played with the old school Nintendo game all week. You don’t need to purchase anything for the beach- there’s a wagon, umbrella, cooler, chairs, plenty of toys and boogie boards too! Kitchen was well stocked with everything for home cooked meals. My favorite memory was our night-in cooking and eating dinner together and swimming in the pool with the kids, listening to music with the portable sound system provided. The beach within walking distance was our favorite hang spot. Not too crowded and calm waters. We found and held a seahorse the first day!! We rented a golf cart for the week to cruise around and explore shops and restaurants. There are cars on the road too- but everyone is respectful. We will be back for sure! Have already spread the word about this gem. Thank you for being such great hosts!!

It’s Perfect!

Our family of four loved our stay at Mario’s property! It’s exactly as the photos show, if not better. The thoughtfulness of the items at the property make it perfect for those staying from out of town. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and just perfect. Walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants and grocery store. It truly was fantastic and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Mario!!

Great stay at Salty Harbor

Everything was as pictured. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions that arose. Though it was a duplex, our rental seemed very private. Beautiful back yard with pool. Lots of extras the host supplied which was fabulous. Sad to leave😞

Lovely little mini-resort!

Such a nice property! Spacious, well-appointed and super clean. The hosts provided everything we needed and more. Lots of nice linens, cooking supplies, comfortable beds and bath amenities. And the little backyard is like a resort, with mini golf, cornhole, a cute pool that has a waterfall, basketball hoop, built-in table(!), and fun lighting at night. We also enjoyed the front porch for our morning coffee. The unit is a duplex, but felt completely private and we didn't hear or see the people on the other side. Nice neighborhood, close to Publix, and an easy walk to the beach for amazing sunsets every evening. Thank you, Mario, for a lovely getaway and great, prompt communication.
