It's better than the wonderful pictures. The unit was clean and the layout worked great. Beautiful pool followed by a nice deck, followed by the best beach in Florida. The deck was great for watching the sunset or just admiring the beautiful beach.. Very good communication with the owner as well. We will come back.

We had a wonderful time, this condo is right on the ocean, has a very nice pool, the unit is spacious, clean, updated, there are shops, restaurants and a grocery store a short drive away and it is located in a very nice, safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying in this unit!

Amazing views of the ocean while also being very close to the pool, which the kids loved. Had everything you will need for a week stay at the beach, including all of the beach accessories, chairs, umbrellas and even games. Already booked for next year!

This unit is fantastic and exactly as advertised through the description and pictures. It is updated, steps from the beach, and just the perfect unit. We've stayed in Anna Maria multiple times, and this is the unit we will choose for all future visits.

This is a nicely updated unit only a few steps to a beautiful beach. It was extremely clean. The owners have thought of & provided everything you need. Communication was fast & easy. The beds were very comfortable, something we rarely encounter with a rental. Unit looks exactly as pictured. We arrived later than expected so appreciated the easy entry with a keycode. There is a small beach deck beyond the pool if you don't like sand in your toes but want the view. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean & inviting. There is a shed with a variety of beach gear for your use. My only tiny complaint is the knives provided were extremely dull. We will definitely consider renting here again!

We loved everything about Almost Heaven. The ocean view, the little deck off the kitchen. The large deck near the sand. Check in and check out was very simple and our place was ready early. Extra bonus. We will be back!

We loved our beach front property! The amenities were really great and exactly what we were looking for - close beach access, heated pool and tennis court. Somehow, the weather was also perfect. 75 degrees and sunny for Thanksgiving, with a comfortable living space and new appliances! The neighbors were also extremely friendly, so we enjoyed making some new friends. The lit tennis courts were also well used, and I heard they'll be resurfaced soon, even though they are in pretty decent condition. Excited to book with this host again soon. Thanks for a great stay.

Condo was great layout..nicely updated..anything you may need was available..location was perfect..pool was always kept clean..view from condo and deck area were awesome..decided it was our favorite vrbo rental yet...hope to return!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless and very well-kept, with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Being on the first floor was so convenient, and we loved having easy access in and out. The owners provided plenty of beach gear, which made our days by the ocean even better. The décor and artwork gave the place such a nice, welcoming feel. Overall, it was comfortable, clean, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. We’d definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful. It was updated, spacious, and clean. The easy access off the back deck right to the pool area and the beach was amazing. Overall, this was the best beach condo my family has ever rented.

Amazing property! Impeccable decor, well appointed with everything you need! Perfect location on the beach and convenient to AMI restaurants, etc. Parking space conveniently located right beside the front door. So appreciate the queen-sized beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience, the location is amazing, the property clearly well maintained. The only concern/ suggestion is matress quality in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, my parents and my daughter could barely sleep on those, very by old and need to be replaced. The master bedroom had a nice matress.

The Closest to Heaven

The property was amazing. The reserved parking is right beside the unit, the pool is heated, the beach is amazing, and the unit has everything you can possibly think of for a beach trip. We had to switch rentals the week before we were supposed to go on this beach trip and Gy was super helpful with answering any questions my family had. The unit was spotless, the kitchen and extra fridge were superb as well too. I’d have to say getting to watch the sunsets off the private deck on the back of the property was something my kids and I throughly enjoyed. The walk from the unit to setting up our beach tent was also super short. All in all my family cannot wait to go back next year!
