First the good...location is amazing! One minute walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets. Pet friendly. Parkingv was great.The not so good... be aware you are sharing a duplex, each with a pool separated by a vinyl fence. The pools are literally 5 feet away from one another. The privacy was less than i imagined and sometimes a bit noisy. I also assumed that the "spa" would be a jazuzzi, with a higher temperature than the pool. This wasnt the case. Although the pool was heated to 86 degrees, it seemed weird that the spa was the same temp. Most of the pool and beach supplies were either broken, in poor condition or simply not there. Such as the wagon. The bad... my wife hated the sheets on the bed. I was ok with them, but they were quire rough. There are active termites above the oven. At first i thought there was salt or something similar spilling from the cabinets, but on further investigation it was termite poop. Coffee pot didnt work, used pods instead. Leak under the sink in kitchen and the overall cleanliness was poor. Overall the property has great potential, and we did enjoy our stay. It just needs some TLC , better quality bedding/pillows and a deep clean.
