When you return from the beach or pool to unwind indoors, lounge in the roomy open concept living area with a flat screen smart TV and free Wi-Fi or just enjoy the view! Mealtimes are easy in this newly remodeled kitchen, boasting all new appliances, quartz countertops, island seating, a large dining table and all that you will need to enjoy and prepare meals. The spacious screened balcony offers the opportunity to kick back and put your feet up, dine al fresco or grill your meal with the electric grill.

The Primary Bedroom contains a beautiful King bed with an en suite bath and private smart enabled TV and a comfortable chair for a quiet reading space. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a private mounted TV and the third bedroom has 2 XL twin beds and a private mounted TV. There is another recently remodeled full bath in the hallway.

When you are ready to head back outside, there is a large, heated pool with a deck and chairs right on the Gulf. Be sure to check out our hall closet for beach toys. The property also has a tennis and pickleball court for use by guests. Off-property, enjoy exploring the Island on the free Island Trolley. Shopping, dining, watersports, and adventures await just minutes away.

One of the reasons Gulf Place is such a treasure is that the on-site management is tasked with ensuring occupancy limits are observed, and they do a very thorough job! Six people is the maximum occupancy for each unit and this is strictly enforced. But if you're traveling with more than six people, don't despair!
