Disappointed
We chose a house based on a private pool. The pool here was nasty and full of algae!!
The rental company said the home owner controlled the pool cleaning. They still called the pool company for us which we appreciated. The pool man came out and added something to the water and broomed a couple areas. You could see exactly where he did this and where he did not. Algae was still on side of walls and on steps. Completely nasty. Do not rent this property if a pool is important to your family!! We drove 10 hours for an algae pool!!! The stopper in the kitchen sink had mold on the bottom of it and drinking glasses had to be washed before we could use them.
Also there is a “jungle” of some sort next door with cats running around.
