The Guest bedroom includes a King Bed with TV, hall bath with tub/shower. Queen sofa bed in the living room adds sleeping for 2 additional guests. Each bedroom includes linens and towels from a professional linen service.

Looking to go for a swim? Take a dip in the large, heated resort-style swimming pool or in the ocean, which is just steps away. For those who want to be in the middle of the action, Manatee Public Beach with its playground, beach volleyball and lifeguard stands are nearby, but from the privacy of this condo, your view is of the turquoise waters of the Gulf, dolphins, pelicans and when in season, sea turtle nesting sites.

Hoping to explore around the island? The FREE Anna Maria Island Trolley stop is nearby. Venture to popular areas like Anna Maria Island City Pier, Bridge Street, or Coquina Beach. If you prefer to drive, the condo has private covered parking for two cars, near to the elevator, or take the stairs, your choice. Publix (the local grocery store) and CVS Pharmacy are within an easy walking distance, so a car is optional at this property.

This ensures noise is kept to a respectful level during the day and night and allows for peaceful enjoyment of your rental and the neighboring residential area.
