This lovely 4 bedroom home features a covered wrap around porch with dramatic wetland views providing great privacy. Sleeps 8, large upstairs master suite, twin room, 2 guest bedrooms downstairs. Includes: covered porch, open decks, outdoor hot water shower, boat dock with fishing sink, patio swing, panoramic Widows Watch with wet bar, master bedroom has open balcony water views! Easy access to ICW and minutes to the beach makes this vacation home the best of both worlds. The great room/kitchen is open to the expansive view. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for cooking wonderful meals or just entertaining. Boat Ramp is not available.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. It’s got a great location, well stocked kitchen, very well maintained, attractively decorated, and the hosts are the best. It has a nice dock for fishing as well. We have stayed in two other properties in Surf City and this is by far our favorite.

Our family loved the close location to the beach (with rented golf cart) and I loved the ability to kayak easily on the sound. We got to watch dolphins play around us in the channel!

First day there we saw 2 dolphins and from there on it just got better. When you here from more than one person in your party that this is by far the most relaxing vacation it truly warmed my heart. It was beautiful and peaceful. We hardly left the house cause we were so relaxed. Perfect vacation.

Family Getaway

My parents are big Surf City fans, so it is extra special to take them on vacation every summer to the area. I am SO glad I came across this property - it is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway that is close to the beach and great for fishing and relaxing near the water. The sunrise view is unbelievable and my personal favorite part of our stay. The home was clean and well kept and had all we needed for a great beach week. Hope to return!
