We booked the top floor Seafarer Suite but were given the lower floor Sunny Shore Suite instead. We weren't told by Paragon Vacations that they changed our reservation until we called them. This was after trying to unlock the door to the room we reserved and the code didn't work. The Sunny Shore Suite was clean but in disrepair. I also found it difficult to get a wifi signal from the main bedroom. On the positive side, it is close to the beach.

Room had outdated furniture with rips underneath, didn't have a pullout couch for sleeping but had a small futon not big enough for an adult. Decor was lacking. No tabke lamps or pictures in living room. Just a plain wall. Not enough seating in living room for 6. No rugs. Not enough toilet paper, trash bags or dishwasher detergent for the week. We got a used sponge in the kitchen. The kitchen table was outdated and only sat 4 and we had 5 but were planning to have 6 but one cancelled. No placemats or kitchen pictures. The counter was chipped in kitchen. No airator on end of spicket in kitchen so water sprayed. No mixing bowls or measuring cups or measuring spoons. Minimal cooking equipment. No teapot. No ice tray. No carving knives or sharp knives. A couple of miniature ones. Curtains weren't hung on door frame in kitchen but on wall above. Only 2 chairs and no table on balcony so we couldn't all sit out there.Spicket loose in master bath. Saw one roach. Pictures hung in wrong place. No end table in master bedroom, no lamp or clock. Second bedroom had no dresser. Had one old end table that the paint was chipped. No hangers. No laundry basket as washer and dryer were out of the unit. Pictures hung in wrong places in this room and a kitchen picture hung in this bedroom.Window blinds no wand to open them. Had to open one at a time. Elevator dirty partially functioning. Pool slightly green with sand in all week. Outdoor showers with trash and lots of sand but were under

the onshore bath tub shower barely had pressure so showers were taken in other bathroom and elevator kept getting stuck and I was with a handicap person so it made it difficult. Other than that great place and we enjoyed it
