Of course, the best perk of being directly on the canal is the private floating dock! This is the perfect spot to hang out or swim, before and after your boating excursions! Inside, you'll find a recently remodeled and updated classic H-plan with gorgeous views from the living area, 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Access the secret loft above the kitchen via the built-in ladder - a perfect spot for teenagers or young adults to enjoy.

Vacation homes along the canals of Topsail Beach offer a special experience on Topsail Island. Fewer crowds, boating, easy drive to restaurants and an easy stroll to the public beach access at the head of Godwin Avenue are just some of the perks. Finally, be sure to walk around the point while you are at the southern end of Topsail Island!
