The house was fabulous! Great views of the beach. The kitchen had great space and was very well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Everything was clean and inviting. I definitely want to go back again.

Beautiful property with convenient direct beach access. All the amenities we needed. Thoughtful and responsive hosts. We hope to come back again!
Feels like a private beach - and not very crowded.
Beautiful home - five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, lovely outdoor shower, wonderful elevator, and all the cooking pans/utensils/etc needed!

What a great house right on the beach! It had everything we needed, and more. My parents enjoyed the elevator for bringing bags to the top floor, and the kids loved the spacious bedrooms and quick access to the beach! Ingrid was an awesome host and kept in contact with us through checkout. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing family vacation the first week of April! The beach access, the cleanliness of the property, and the friendliness/ communication with the property manager were the best we have ever had. Can't wait to return!

Great House for Family Getaway

This house was perfect for our family, including our adult children and grandkids. Extremely clean, well stocked and great floor plan for our group. Beautiful beach steps away and many amenities to make this a wonderful vacation home away from home. Host is very responsive and thoughtful. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful home, absolutely perfect in every way! All the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we felt so lucky being able to open the door and walk down the steps to the beach! The elevator made life easier, and the decks were perfect for watching the stars and listening to the waves in the evenings. Ingrid was kind and helpful, and we will definitely be coming back as soon as possible!

Beautiful views from an amazing home!

Great week at Sea the View

We had a wonderful week at Surf City. Sea the View was a perfect home away from home. Perfect location, nicely decorated and very well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of fun in the surf by day and long walks and fun games at night. We will be back!

Love the Ocean

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! This place was so well stocked for cooking and lots of chairs for relaxing on the beach! It is located right on the beach!! It was beautifully decorated throughout. We want to come back here next year!! Thanks to the owners for making this thanksgiving a special memory for our family!!!

Well Stocked House

Exactly what we needed!

We cannot say how pleased we were with Our stay, well, other than not booking more of a stay. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and mingling with other visitors in the area. The house exceeded our every expectation as did our hosts. Wonderful experience.

Awesome beach vacay near Topsail

We loved everything. We were especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with cookware. Also, really enjoyed bacci ball. The non-sun people loved being able to sit on the deck and see the ocean. I didn't read the part about needing linens until we were an hour away from the house, and Ingrid hooked me up with Sweet Dreams Linens who were super easy to work with and fast! The location is perfect. We booked for next year on the way home!

Great house, great homeowners!

This house worked great for our family. Great beach location. Had an issue with the internet and the homeowners had the internet company at the house that day for repairs and delivered a new router to the house that evening. Very pleased with their quick response time! House was clean and well maintained. Elevator was very helpful for loading and unloading groceries and suitcases. Loved the high chairs on the deck.

Doesn’t get better than this!

It doesn’t get better than this rental home. And home is how it felt. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need on vacation, expansive spaces, beautifully decorated and superbly comfortable inside and out. The view is incomparable! We saw dolphins and a few reef sharks during the day and starred at the stars at night. The hosts are as good as it gets. They were incredibly thoughtful in helping us kick start two birthday celebrations, making for an outstanding experience from beginning to end. We are already planning a trip back!

Perfect for a big family

Our stay was fantastic. The property was clean and extremely well equipped. Although sheets and towels were not provided, there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with good quality pots and pans and a great selection of implements and really anything else you could need. Although the weather was chilly while we were there, we did see many items that would make for fun at the beach. There were also lots of games, books, etc to keep an array of ages occupied. The location right at the beach with the majestic Atlantic in your back yard absolutely cannot be beat. We felt quite safe in the area, as well, and grocery stores are a short drive away. In short, I highly recommend a stay here!!

Our 2nd year at Flip Floppin’

We loved this house and location so much that we rebooked this year and we’re just as happy. To begin, working with the owners is a breeze. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. They were accommodating and friendly. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and it was well stocked with items. We didn’t have to bring or rent umbrellas or chairs because they had them (and brand new nice ones too!). It was nice to not have to pack items for the baby like a high chair or pack and play because it was provided. The house is well kept. Newer amenities. Rooms are large and bright. In two years we haven’t been able to find a negative to this home. Thank you Kathy and Sean for another beautiful week at your home.
