Experience the beauty of the coast from Namaste #216, this stunning newly built oceanfront home located at 1003 N. Anderson Blvd. on Topsail Island. Designed with both comfort and style in mind, this modern coastal retreat offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests, making it the perfect destination for family vacations, beach getaways, or a relaxing retreat by the sea. This home is dog friendly and welcomes one dog per reservation with a non-refundable pet fee of $300.

From its thoughtfully designed living spaces to its incredible ocean views, this home blends modern luxury with laid-back coastal charm. Enjoy premium finishes, expansive decks, and a bright open floor plan designed to make the most of the oceanfront setting.

First Floor – Comfortable Coastal Bedrooms
Take the elevator or stairs to the first level where three beautifully designed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations after a day on the beach.

Bedroom 1: The primary suite features a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and direct access to the lower deck where you can enjoy the morning sunshine and ocean breeze. The private en-suite bathroom includes heated tile floors, LED mirrors, and a large walk-in shower for a spa-like experience.

Bedroom 2: A second bedroom offers a queen bed and stylish coastal décor, along with its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and families, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. This room also includes a private en-suite bathroom.

Second Floor – Main Living Space with Sunning Ocean Views
The second level is the heart of the home, featuring a bright and spacious open-concept living area that combines the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Large windows fill the room with natural light while framing beautiful ocean views. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the dining table for family dinners, or relax in the living room for movie night after a long day in the sun. The gourmet kitchen features a gas range, double ovens, and a spacious island with bar seating for six. A wet bar with a wine and extra beverage fridge adds an extra touch of convenience for mixing drinks or preparing morning coffee. Step outside onto the deck to take in the sights and sounds of the Atlantic while enjoying refreshing coastal breezes. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in the hallway.

Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom offers a king sized bed with a large walk in closet.

Third Floor Loft – Loft with Panoramic Island Views
Head up to the top level to discover a cozy loft space that offers sweeping views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. This flexible space includes a Murphy bed for additional sleeping accommodations, making it a great option for extra guests. Two private balconies provide the perfect vantage point for watching the sunset over the sound or taking in the vibrant colors of sunrise over the ocean.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, linens will be provided for all top bunks, trundles, and murphy beds, but will not be made. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more. The fireplace is not for guest use.
