This newly built second-row home offers the rare combination of beautiful Atlantic views and convenient beach access just across the street — giving you the coastal experience you want with the comfort and space your family needs. Properties in this location with open ocean views are limited and tend to fill early for spring and summer dates.

Flexible check-in and check-out days and shorter minimum stays help you avoid peak traffic and make the most of your time on the island.

Inside, you’ll find spacious, sun-filled rooms designed in a relaxed coastal style that feels clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The layout allows everyone to gather together while still having room to unwind after a full day on the beach.

Two large decks provide sweeping ocean views and extra outdoor living space — perfect for morning coffee at sunrise, afternoon reading in the shade, or dinner together with the sound of the waves in the background.

The fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals simple and convenient, whether you're cooking fresh local seafood or quick breakfasts before heading out. Beds are made with fresh linens before your arrival, and we provide 10 bath towel sets, 8 beach towels, and starter essentials so you can settle in comfortably.

Wonderful Family Beach Week

Aside from a bit of confusion getting the security code, this was by far the nicest, cleanest, best appointed, and best equipped vacation home we have every enjoyed. We will absolutely recommend this house, and look forward to returning.

Much needed beach get away

We had never been to topsail, although we take a beach trip almost every year. We might have found our new favorite spot. This house has the best unobstructed second row views we’ve seen. We really enjoyed all of the activities around the island and the house had a large backyard complete with all of the comforts of home. We were so sad to leave. Staci is wonderful, and we are beyond grateful for the experience this home gave us. ❤️ thank you for being the best hosts ever!
