We had an amazing time. The location is incredible- ocean view from the porch- you can hear the waves crashing from the living room. The pool opens in April and was a fun addition to beach time. Outdoor shower areas came in handy. The condo has everything you need to cook a meal so you don’t have to leave. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Very clean. We appreciated not having to bring any beach items along- they had it all. The host surprised us with a treat upon arrival. Very accommodating! They provide all the suggestions you need for the best restaurants, closest grocery stores, and fun attractions nearby. If you choose not to pay for sheets/towel service, remember to bring hand towels, wash cloths, dish towels, etc. It’s much easier to pay for it then to haul your own. Don’t forget to bring coffee unless you prefer local coffee shops nearby. This place is a gem and I’m glad we found it. We will be back!

Had a wonderful little getaway at Rob’s condo. The location couldn’t have been better for access to the beach, pool, and going into town. We traveled with our 19 month old and the pools sloped entrance was perfect for him to splash around in! Rob was a fantastic host, very communicative and really went above and beyond to make your stay great. Would definitely stay again!

Rob was an extremely helpful and accommodating host, making sure every need was met. We loved the location- just a short walk to the beach. It was very helpful how the bathroom was set up (a shower in the middle and 2 doors to access it, each with a small toilet/sink combo)- we were a bit nervous as we had 2 adults, 3 teens and a young child but everyone was able to have access to bathrooms whenever needed. We will definitely be back!

Excellent vacation

The condo was clean, quiet, and came very well equipped with all our family of 4 needed. The availability to use the owners beach chairs and locked shed to keep the beach equipment in helped to keep sand out the condo. This was a great extra that was included with our stay. The owner was extremely attentive to any and all concerns and went to great efforts to give recommendations for restaurants and local information. Owner was genuinely concerned about how our stay was going and made sure we had all that was needed and more. If any friends are visiting Topsail, I will strongly recommend using this rental. All family beach vacations are good, but this one will be very memorable for how nice the stay was. After 7 nights no none was ready to leave. Thanks for the excellent vacation!

My daughter and I decided to take a brief trip to the beach while she was visiting, and this place was just what we needed: close to the beach, nice outdoor space, ocean views, walkable to coffee shops, etc. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom set up worked for two adult women sharing space. The host was very helpful, and the place even had beach gear available for our use. Would stay again.

Comfortable stay in terrific location

This property, and this unit in particular, was very convenient to the beach which was the main draw of our trip. The unit was very comfortable and had all the amenities we like in our rentals, specifically the knives and cookware. The grounds were very nice and the boardwalk over the dunes were just outside the unit. The pool was very nice and the general etiquette of the pool goers was refreshingly polite. We prepacked our food and drink so we didn’t venture out to restaurants or groceries so I can’t comment on those services but we were able to decompress which was the main goal. Rob was one of the most polite and attentive hosts we’ve ever encountered and we felt like VIPs throughout. He’ll provide tips and suggestions prior to your arrival and be at the ready to personally meet if needed while there. We look forward to returning in the future as much for the unit as for the host.

Great family beach vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay in Rob's condo!The location was perfect. You can walk straight onto the beach, and there is a shower and hose on the boardwalk to rinse off the sand. The pool in the community is nice and has a generous shallow end that our preschoolers enjoyed. Parking was very convenient right under the unit.The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, and fully stocked. The kids loved the bunk beds! Rob was a very generous host and very easy to communicate with.We would love to stay again on our next visit to Topsail!

Grandparents with grandkids

Perfect 3-day, end-of-school getaway for our grandchildren. Beach and pool are close and there is a walkway to both so no long walks over huge dunes etc. Grounds are well-manicured and pretty. The owner is awesome and the condo was extremely clean. Having beach chairs, shades etc was SO helpful. You will have a great time here. We will be back.
