We actually wasn’t able to stay, for unforeseen circumstances.House was very clean and back yard had a cozy patio with grill. We had a few issues that came up and couldn’t stay. The owner was very helpful and understanding.

Great Stay!

Everything was great! Very clean and tidy as-well. I really enjoyed the welcome basket! The only thing I’d change is how much toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags there were. We stayed for 7 days, so only having one of each was a little disappointing.

WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR TIME AT THE BEACH COTTAGE! SUPER CLEAN, UPDATED AND COMFORTABLE. EVEN OUR BED FELT GOOD ON THESE OLD BONES. CLOSE TO LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AND OUR FRIENDS IN ORMOND BEACH. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB OF GETTING THE PLACE LOOKING AS IF NO HURRICANE HAD JUST COME THROUGH, AND WE FEKT SAFE IN THIS AREA. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN NEXT TIME WE VISIT. Fantastic rental home

This home was the cleanest and best maintained vacation home I have ever rented - and I am very picky. The furniture is in great condition - not dirty or worn. Linens and towels were all very nice. The kitchen was stocked with many staples. (If you are a baker you will want to bring pans and measuring cups/spoons though-I didn't see any. There was a nice fenced in area for your pets to do their thing. Lovely sitting area in the backyard. I could go on. We will definitely stay again.

Great house

This place was immaculate. You could have eaten off the floor. It was that clean. The beds were super comfy, nice sheets and brand new towels in the bathrooms. Plenty of parking and very easy access to get into the house. The outside space in the back was very nice. This house exceeded our expectations in many ways. We just wanted to be close to the Pictona Pickleball facility, which was less than a mile away and this house was a huge plus. We will definitely stay again when we come up to Pictona.

Daytona ROLEX 24 Hour Race

We were in town for the 24 Hour Rolex race. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of rental property. This recently updated cottage was immaculate, well equipped, had comfortable beds with nice linens, nice towels, everything you could need to make coffee, and a lovely basket of snacks which our teens really appreciated. We also played some of the games and enjoyed the outside space.We walked to the local coffee shop for breakfast one day and we visited the local park and boardwalk. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely recommend your property to those visiting the speedway.

It was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
