Very disappointed in this cabin's hot tub and pool.The Good: Very spacious as described and they have basically 2 sets of all the appliances. Plenty of bathrooms as well. Host replied quickly to messages.The Bad: 1. If you see in the photos, they have provided bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but in reality you are provided 1oz of conditioner, 1oz of body wash and a 2oz bar of soap per room.2. The shuffling table is completely worn out and unuseable/ no sand.3. Most of the remotes were dead or lacking batteries and the downstairs TV's remote glitches bad.4. No plastic plates for the children.Although I could have got most of the above resolved through the host, it defeats the purpose of booking an "exceptional" vacation cabin. The Ugly:1. The hot tub was leaking, not even warm and stayed on for 3 minutes and died. Tech came and supposedly fixed the issue, but we came back to basically an empty hot tub and it stayed broken the whole stay.2. The advertised heated pool was not working and was dirty. It took 3 days for the pool to be clean, see pictures, and it never reached temperature. The host Michael was quick to respond and agreed that the hot tub and the pool being unuseable was unacceptable and not up to their standards. Regardless, it was extremely disappointing because we only booked for the pool and hot top. Finally, I wish you a better stay than us.
