We loved the intimacy of the resort and the incredible attentiveness of the staff. The location was also fantastic, being right on the river and walking distance into the old town. The spa was wonderful and the staff were very knowledgeable. We felt very safe and taken care of. We would definitely come back.

Our rooms are very clean. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff is so nice and helpful. The breakfast offers so many choices of delicious foods from Vietnamese, Korean and American cuisines. I highly recommend staying at this resort.

Enjoyed the views of the river and the pool from our balcony. Very tranquil and the rooms were decent sized. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable even after a delayed check in. Highlight of the trip was using the bicycles to visit the city centre free of charge. Would come back!

The room was clean, spacious and extremely comfy. Came very well equipped with lovely decor. The pool areas are gorgeous, both the main one and on the rooftop. Staff were excellent and the food/drink was good. The only dissapointment is that there was nowhere to refill drinking water which is a surprise for a 5* hotel, and to buy bottled water was expensive.

Our 5th time back at Bel Marina (was Silk Marina). Love the staff (particularly Tu, Loan and Hien), great location, good food and very clean. The only negative was the sunset cocktail boat rip, I would not recommend at all. Apart from that a fantastic stay again

Choose a room without a bath.

Great hotel. I would give it 5 stars however we couldn’t have a proper shower. The shower bath combined set up is very bad. Get a room without the bath if it is possible. You can not stand under the shower like normal. There is a big gap between the wall and the bath. Water gets all over the bathroom floor everywhere.

We stayed at Bel Marina for a family wedding and the staff in every area couldn’t have been warmer and more helpful, check in, dining, pool/gardens etc. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with great air con. The pools and gardens were beautifully maintained and help was given when requesting taxi bookings and recommendations. Food options a breakfast were wide and variable, and evening meals that we had were exceptional. This hotel is riverside with beautiful views, and walkable in to the old town and vibrant market areas, and wonderfully peaceful to return to.
