The ground floor welcomes you with a living and dining room equipped with a flat screen television and tiled stove, while a living and sleeping room offers one double bed measuring 180 centimeters wide by 200 centimeters in length, also with a tiled stove. The large kitchen comes complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine with capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine. A bathroom with shower and WC completes the ground level, along with heating throughout. On the upper floor, you will find one room featuring a double bed measuring 160 centimeters wide by 200 centimeters in length with electric heating, and the upper floor showcases elegant wooden floors.
