When we checked in the gentleman that helped us was super friendly and very nice Our room was very clean and the Breakfast was amazing we loved it ! Parking was great as well

The lady at the reception desk was extremely nice and helpful. My room and hallway were fine but my daughter and granddaughter's hallway had a very unpleasant odor and there room had a faint odor also. My biggest complaint with the trip was the lock on my door. I took my key to the front desk 3 times because it didn't work and on my third trip the receptionist took me upstairs to show me how to open the door. She preceded to pull the door and then slide the key card in and out until the door was unlocked. This became very frustrating and the last time I unlocked the door, I counted how many times I had to slide the card in and out and it was 56. I will not go back there for this reason.

The door key wouldn't work. I got it reset, still didn't work. Third time the clerk came up to my room and had to repeatedly insert the key to get the door to open. I had the same issue when I came back later that night. The tv never worked, said "no signal." I asked for a receipt but the front desk person couldn't log into the computer. She said she called her manager who "had to get dressed to come in to log her back in." I couldn't wait. Said she would email me the receipt, which 14 hours later, I still haven't received. Breakfast was Mexican food spicy - eggs, gravy, etc. Tried a bagel and the cream cheese was gross.
