I requested a 3 bedroom and was offered 2 bedrooms due to AC problem which made it very cramp, so i made do with what the situation arise by requested 2 extra blankets and 2 extra toles but was told they only can offer 1 extra blanket only. Overall, someone should of inform before arriving and since i had to accommodate your problem then i feel you should be able to accommodate me.

The room had everything to self cater (but why would you .., you are in Vietnam) The roof top pool was the biggest I have seen on a roof top with a great view of Ho Chi Minh city. Easy walk to big markets, Sky Deck, river , shopping centre food places

Absolute nightmare check-in. We were refused entry to the building we booked and forced to move to an inferior property in the middle of our stay also the property we had to move to was not close to orginal property so we couldn’t walk and had to get transport. The 'replacement' apartment is old and lacks the essential accessibility features (ramp access) we specifically paid for. Management was unhelpful and offered an ultimatum: take the downgrade or leave. This experience ruined the start of our holiday. Zero stars.
