Fantastic location - literally a stone-throw away from Saigon Takashimaya, there is a 3 storey Koi around the corner which is perfect for bbt lovers like me. Room is adequately sized just that the washing basin situated outside toilet hence floor is prone to be wet.

Good location, near Takashimaya but too much noise at night from the opposite bar n corridor door opening n closing sound. Shower n toilet bowl in one place not a good idea, no place to get changed for shower but to take off first before enter shower, not good for sharing with friends or co-workers!

I had a very disturbing experience at M Hotel on the first night of my 6-day holiday. Around 3am, two strangers entered my room using their old keycards — they turned out to be previous occupants of the same room. This was a serious security lapse that made me feel unsafe and deeply unsettled. What was worse was the hotel’s response — or lack thereof. I had to call the front desk myself to find out what happened. There was no proactive communication, no real apology, and no offer to help rectify the situation. I was left to find and book another hotel on my own in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, the hotel was poorly maintained — the room wasn’t clean and the lift was leaking wateR. This was a very unsettling start to what was meant to be a restful holiday. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed by the lack of a meaningful service recovery or follow-up from the hotel. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending M Hotel — I hope they take steps to improve their guest safety protocols and overall responsiveness moving forward.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was modern and stylish. Location was central and walking distance to major attractions in the city which was convenient. You can hear some noise from outside as there are clubs nearby but it wasn't bothersome for us.

Loved the breakfast, room was very nice, huuuuge bed and great shower and T.V. Staff was very helpful and attentitive to our needs. Would stay here again! Only thing was a small amount of noise from street on level 6 but it never woke me up, the also supplied earplugs 10/10
