This hotel is fairly new (2 years) so it’s clean and modern. Don’t book their cheapest room unless you’re on a budget and don’t care about no windows. It technically has a window but it’s pointed to a strange opening in the hotel where there are some huge pipes, scary looking :)…I changed rooms to get a window and it was excellent ($100 USD extra for the three nights). Loved the room, the location, the staff was amazing. Would definitely recommend. One other hiccup, their hotel description says if you checkout before 6pm the would charge half day, I did that but they still charged me full day.

The F&B staff were friendly and the breakfast had many great options. The cleaning staff were very thorough and polite. The only issue was not the hotel’s fault: construction in front.

Home away from home

I checked in Friday August 15 2025 at around 1pm and the 3 front desk staff were super welcoming , warm and friendly . I wish I could see them again on the following Monday to say good bye . I love how empty the gym is every time I’m there , it’s small but enough equipments to get my work out in. The sauna is a plus . 20% off from noon to 2pm so I took advantage of that for a hair washing service . Hong did a decent job with the hair washing , a bit repetitive however she’s very sweet and courteous . Breakfast was okay , enough to get through your morning . Coffee and the coffee cup ugh I drank 2 each morning because it’s strong and the square cup is so cute ! Daisy was hard working , attentive and sweet . Đức went out of his way to share all the amenities the hotel offers and was super outgoing and relatable yet professional during the morning in his suit and then I got to meet him again during the spa treatment . I’m pretty easy going , so when I travel all I need is familiar amenities such as the gym , the pool , sauna , central location so I can walk around and this hotel has it all .

The hotel and room was very clean and it felt very secure with a number of staff always stationed at the entrance and security cameras in place. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was easy to check in and out (just allow a few minutes for check out as they like to check the room before you depart). There is a lovely gym and pool at the top of the hotel. We enjoyed the location of the hotel (located in District 1) as it was easy (15 mins) walking distance to the War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, great street food market (Ben Nghe), a great general market for shopping and food (Ben Thanh), and other sights like the Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon and the Central Post Office of Saigon. There were also a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area. We had a very good egg coffee nearby at Q coffee and juice. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good location and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly. Only thing I would complain about is that there is not hot water. The hottest the water got was room temperature/ tepid water. The hotel staff had a technician come and check it out but they said that was the hottest it would get. So if hot showers are important to you then this might not be a good choice. Otherwise it was good choice and the breakfast buffet was good.

5D4N stay in HCM District 1

Clean and comfy hotel to stay in. Room is clean and has good lighting all around. The room can be really dark with all lights switched off and shutter curtains closed. Bed is king size with enough pillows to feel comfortable to sleep in. Free replenishment of bottled mineral water daily. In room slippers are good. Spacious vanity top with lots of storage underneath. Offers both rain and hand shower along with a bathtub. Location is central in district 1 with lots of amenities around.
