The room is average based on what you pay for. It has the basic functionality to sleep and clean your self. The location is great considering only few mins walk from the center or tourist spots. The staff was accommodating and was very helpful. He gave me tips and warnings which was helpful for my own safety.

Do not stay here! It is extremely noisy and the staff are unprofessional. The nighttime front desk woman is extremely rude, bossy and never smiles- Upon arrival she had forgotten to turn my electricity on and my room was boiling hot ... she appeared annoyed when I asked her to turn it on. Furthermore, there is construction going on with and I heard a drilling noise on my ceiling and outside my room at 7:30am And finally, the cleaning lady walked into my room one morning and did not even knock... this place is terrible.

I actually stayed quite a long time at this hotel, totally about half of the whole month that I was in VN. I like many things about the hotel, particularly the staffs and their service. The hotel conditions however have few things need to be repaired and kept in good maintenance. Also, I traveled to Saigon from USA with full luggage allowance by airlines, and unlike many other hotels in Saigon where they provide free storage, this one charged me high fees for leaving few suitcases at the hotel storage during the times in between my bookings at the hotel, while I traveled light to other towns away from Saigon.

A worthy budget hotel

Nice hotel at a pretty central location (15-20 minutes walk to walking street or market). There are plenty of cafes, massage parlours and convenience stores on the street. Rooms are spacious, the shower takes a while to warm up. They're quite clean, but could use a little freshening. Service is very courteous. The hotel also offers a laundry service at a reasonable price. All in all, a budget hotel which offers some privacy and rudimentary services. Area around the hotel was going through renovation, but it didn't bother us (noise didn't come through the window). Some of the massage parlors are dodgy and offer 'extra services'. We received early check in at around 11:30 with no extra cost, a thing which we truly appreciated. We also received late check out. These little extra bonuses make staying here worthwhile. There's an elevator and concierge services.
