Do not book this hotel

The hotel does not exist. I don’t understand why it’s listed with a company such as hotels.com. We had to block our credit card so that we wouldn’t be charged. I have never experienced anything like this before. What a nightmare. The staff at the hotel that has taken over were rude, disrespectful and not helpful whatsoever. Hotels.com must remove it from their website.
