We only needed a room for a short time and for the money it was good value, however it was unconventional. The back door in the room lead to an alley and was only held closed by two cable ties. There was no lock or handle on the door. The bathroom was a small closet that had been converted with a hand held shower hose on the wall between the sink, a urinal and the toilet. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean. The staircase to the loft was a group of cupboards stacked together and I would be cautious of anyone bigger than an average teen getting up there. Both beds upstairs were just mattresses on the floor. This was the room immediately behind the front entry, so the other rooms upstairs may be different. We booked in district 1 for the location, however I would avoid that particular alley.
Expected bathroom facilities. No separation between toilet and hand held shower head. Very small space.
