The location is very convenient, right in tge heart of downtown and within walking distance of the Peace Park. The hotel certainly has its own unique charm, especially the 3rd floor lounge bulit in a former swimming pool. You could go there and hangout or order some drinks, but i think the food options were limited. Our room was clean comfy and on the small side, as expected for Japan. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently.

Loved the laundry and helpful staff. Our room was clean and beds were comfy, good shower. Our room had a poor floorplan: wasted space in the hallway; have to squeeze past bed and stool to get from toilet to handbasin; only a few clothes hangers against the wall; gigantic bathroom. seating consists of a single small heavy stool.

Location is really good. Room was a bit cramped but apart from that everything was pretty good. Having coffee in addition to the tea in room would have been nice. Overall a pretty good experience.

Very stylish hotel, tucked away. Staff were very helpful, recommended amazing lunch spot. Room was spacious, slept 4 comfortably. Lounge area and shared kitchen were great touches that made our stay even better. As a family of four, with older teens, we’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was not a nice place to be. It was essentially windowless with a tiny, opaque window. No such rooms were depicted on the website. We booked a twin room but there was no benefit of that as the beds were pushed together due to the available space.

Very beautiful hotel, the room was comfy. The common "living" area was nice to enjoy some drinks and the kitchen was convenient. Hotel is well located, close to tram stops and an easy walk to the Peace Memorial. I especially loved the art works from local artist shunshun displayed in the hotel.

A modern property with a lovely lounge, useful laundry area and spotless kitchen. It was useful to have a double sink and separate shower and toilet as it allowed us to all get ready at the same time. The lounge area was great as it allowed us to wind down by playing card game or have a drink outside of our room. The coffee shop in the reception area was an added bonus. I would recommend KIRO Hiroshima and would happily book again
