Quiet and very good location for tourists. Close to memorial sights as well as public transportation lines. Host was very quick to respond to any questions i had. Ive never had to turn on the water heater so that was new, maybe printed instructions should be left for guests. Also, the wash/dry took longer than anticipated and even after a couple of hours, my clothes did not dry completely.
