Very Disappointed

Well where do I start!!! I was really lookin forward to having a great time celebrating my wife and I 18th wedding anniversary. When we arrived at the house I immediately notice that the lawn was completely overgrown and needed some desperate attention.We went inside to find that everything seemed to be okay.. that's until we pull back the covers on the "beds" in found pet hairs and yellow stains on the sheets and pillows... So we had to take the sheets and pillow cases off to wash them... plus had to make a trip to family dollars to purchased cleaning supplies. On Top of all That there were "ROACHES "inside the home and the longer we stayed the more we saw. The owner reached out to see if everything was going okay... I informed him of everything and he instantly refunded me the cleaning fee and offered to send out an exterminator but at that point its really to late. As a business owner myself This Is Unacceptable!!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Just what we needed

Girls trip celebrating my daughters 21st birthday. GSU student. We wanted a quiet peaceful weekend to relax, enjoy getting away from the routine of life. This was perfect. Neighborhood was peaceful. The home was very clean and prepared to make meals. We preferred cooking meals over eating out. We truly enjoyed the property. We will stay there again. Great host!

Nice House

We enjoyed the house. It’s in a nice neighborhood, and the house had plenty of space for three adults and one child. Giving it 4 stars because the air conditioning unit is VERY loud, to the point that it was difficult to fall/stay asleep even if not a light sleeper. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Disappointing

When we arrived there was a strange smell of garbage in the house, we looked and didn’t find any. The house is very nice and well supplied had coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. The fence that is suppose to be there in the backyard was broken and I could not let my dogs go side. While we were outside a man came and mowed the yard without our knowledge and broke the gate to the fence. The next day he came back and was trying to get us to contact owner to find out if he could come back to work on the yard again. Garbage in the back yard was full to the top and there was flies and maggots coming out of it. Contacted owner and told them all these things. Nothing was token care of while we were there and did not hear back from owner.

Baby Shower

Prior to booking requested permission to hold my daughters baby shower as her home was too small to accommodate. The open floor plan was perfect for her surprise shower. Will definately stay here again if available. Beautiful well kept home. Neighbors were great.

Clean Place & Quiet Location - Wonderful Stay

My husband, myself, and Elvis (the cat) thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this residence for two weeks at the beginning of February 2023. The house was very clean and nicely laid out. Love that it was all one level with no carpet and the appliances were relatively new. Bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were nice. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and we felt very safe there. Shopping and food are just a short drive away. Hinesville, GA was a nice central location for driving to the 5 different golf courses we played at (all just 30-40 minutes away). Savanna is just 45 mins away.

Clean and convenient

We traveled from Ohio to visit with our granddaughter. This rental was very close to granddaughter. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac. We had everything we needed for our visit.

Great place, great stay

We loved our stay. We were in town for a week to move our daughter to live with our son-in-law who is stationed at Fort Stewart. We were given everything we needed and even things we didn’t know we needed. We liked that everyone in our group had their own bed and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Being at the end of a cul de sac it was real quiet and we were a short drive to everything.
