Habitué à louer des chalets depuis de nombreuses années, je n'ai jamais vécu une expérience aussi désastreuse.Dès notre arrivée, une forte odeur de moisissure régnait dans les chambres. La propreté et l'entretien laissent grandement à désirer : le parasol extérieur était moisi et entaché de sang, et nous avons découvert des taches similaires sur un coussin du salon.L'environnement est très trompeur : le « lac » est en réalité une mare remplie de nénuphars, non navigable et complètement impropre à la baignade. Côté confort, le thermostat est sous verrou à 23 C, sans aucune possibilité d'ajustement. Lors d'une averse, un bruit répétitif de pompe se déclenchait toutes les deux minutes, résonnant dans l'une des chambres et sur la galerie, rendant tout repos impossible. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermais meme pas. Jai du meme deboucher la cafetière.Sur les 3 jours réservés, la situation était tellement insupportable que nous sommes partis après seulement 24 heures. Le plus décevant reste le service client : ni le propriétaire ni Vrbo n'ont voulu coopérer ou nous accompagner dans une démarche de remboursement.Passez votre chemin, ce chalet ne vaut absolument pas le prix

Super chalet, tout équipé, mais nous avions mal compris l'annonce qui indiquait qu'il fallait surveiller les enfants. Il fallait plus que simplement surveiller les enfants, il y avait de la décoration fragile partout, et avec un bébé d'un an, ça été un peu plus difficile que prévu.Mais sinon, je recommande fortement à tout ceux qui veulent un chalet calme près d'un lac non-baignable, (avec des enfants plus vieux)
