These popular 2 and 3-bedroom villas have spacious floor plans with private baths adjoining each bedroom. You also have easy access to the ocean via a private path to the beach. Ample decks provide splendid lagoon and golf course views. On-site community pools at each property and their proximity to other amenities make these villas the perfect vacation getaways.

This wonderfully decorated end-unit townhouse in Hilton Head is just a five-minute walk to the beach.

FIRST FLOOR
LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM
The living room has stylish new furnishings including a large sectional and arm chair, a flat screen TV and a sliding glass door to the deck. There is a full bathroom off the living room with a walk-in shower. Past the living room is a dining table that seats six.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has been completely renovated and features all new appliances and a breakfast bar for two. There is a filtered coffee pot and a Keurig as well as a tea kettle, to accommodate all guests' routines. There is a door off the kitchen for easy access to the back deck.

BEDROOM 1
The first bedroom is located downstairs and has a king bed, TV, slider to a private golf-view balcony, and a fully updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

SECOND FLOOR
Fifteen steps lead to the second level with two more bedrooms and a loft. The loft hosts a twin sized bed.

BEDROOM 2
Bedroom 2 has a king, TV, DVD, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a private balcony.

BEDROOM 3
The last bedroom has a full sized bed and two twin beds, TV, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and private balcony.

OUTDOOR AREA
The sliding glass doors in the living room lead to a deck overlooking the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. There is a gas grill and an outdoor dining table with seating for six as well as plenty of lounging chairs to enjoy relaxing afternoons on the deck.

Every room of this great end unit features wonderful golf views. It is a fantastic choice for your next getaway to Hilton Head.

Kitchen, dining and living rooms were too small for 9 people, slept 9. Needs some TLC.

Bedrooms. And baths were great. Kitchen, dining and living room areas were too small. Grill on the deck was wonderful. Loose boards on the deck that I tripped over several times, limbs at the steps need to be cut back.
