116 Barrington is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island. This beautiful ocean Peek view condo located in the highly coveted Palmetto Dunes Resort. This ocean condo can sleep up to eight and is located on the first floor which is elevated and accessible by elevator.

As you enter this open floor plan spacious condo you will notice kitchen featuring granite countertops and updated appliances, formal dining table, and additional bar top seating for entertaining. Villa is offers wireless internet and also has a washer and dryer. The living room has a flat screen television, queen sleeper sofa, and grand access to a large, private balcony. The private balcony is a great spot to relax and listen to the waves of the Atlantic Ocean which is steps away.

The master suite has a king bed and a flat screen TV. It has its own access to the Spacious balcony. The private master bath has a makeup vanity, granite countertops, and walk in shower.

The guest suite has two double beds and a flat screen television. The bathroom has granite countertops and a shower/tub combo.

Barrington Court has beautiful horticultural grounds, palmetto trees, and beautiful live oaks. The complex has an oceanfront pool and hot tub. The hot tub is heated year round. The pool is heated seasonally - typically October through December and March through May. The complex pool is also cooled during the summer months, based on the weather. Barrington offers a spacious sundeck and two community charcoal grills. There is a beach path that will take you directly to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island.

Lovely Stay
We loved the condo. It was spacious and the owners have a lot of little touches to make you feel welcomed. Beach access was easy and wasn’t crowded. We enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the pool was under repair and not available.

Perfect For A Much Needed Getaway
This property was the perfect place for my friends and I to enjoy a relaxing weekend away at the beach. Though the weather wasn't the best, we had a great time on HHI and at this condo. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts and we would surely book with them again! (Next time we will bring Vols gear to replace some of the Dawgs stuff lying around though)

We loved our stay here at 116 barrington - absolutely perfect for a (too short) fall break trip. Super roomy and comfortable for relaxation. Huge master bedroom that was not next door to the kids! Very close to the beach too !

Best Beach Stay Ever
