We're excited to announce that we're increasing the townhouse's sleeping capacity to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. Our LIVING ROOM is getting a major upgrade with brand new furniture including a sofa that not only provides ample seating but also converts into a bed, accommodating an additional two guests. For those moments when you just want to relax and rock gently, we're including comfortable gliders perfect for parents with a baby – just like us! We understand the importance of a family-friendly environment, and we're committed to providing all the comforts of home, even for our youngest guests. When it's time to gather for a meal, in the DINING ROOM you'll find ample seating at our dining table, which accommodates six guests comfortably.

In the KITCHEN, we're installing brand new appliances to ensure that meal preparation is a breeze. Get ready to indulge your senses with the addition of an espresso machine, because let's face it, every parent needs a little extra caffeine boost now and then! We're also replacing the door that leads out to the service yard with one made of glass, allowing an abundance of natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere for cooking and gathering.

The FIRST BEDROOM, located downstairs, will have a king-sized bed, flat screen TV with , a sliding glass door to the back patio, and private bath which is undergoing a complete makeover, featuring a stunning tile shower with sleek glass doors and a luxurious rain shower head that will transport you to paradise with every drop.

Stairs lead to the second floor with a LOFT and a SECOND BEDROOM. We're adding another sleeper sofa to the loft area, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to unwind and get a good night's sleep. The second bedroom will have two double beds, a flat screen TV, a sliding glass door to the private balcony with a landscape view and we're revamping the bathroom to create spa-like retreats where you can indulge in relaxation and rejuvenation.

Additionally, we're adding desks to each bedroom, providing a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected or productive during their stay.
