Communicating with this company initially was really frustrating. No way to send a message through VRBO, so could only call their number. But the number would ring and ring, then get sent to another office, who didn't want to help, and would then get forwarded to an answering service. Then had to leave a message and wait to hear back. The phone tag was for the record books. We eventually got the reservation worked out... but it took a monumental amount of time. We wanted to go to HHI for a last-minute overnight trip. This condo popped up as an option. It was nice. Some of the dishes were dirty. Some of the caulk in the bathroom was mildewy. The king bed was great. The fan in the second bedroom was very loud. The ladies at the resort check-in are pretty unpleasant. Not something the rental company who handles this condo can do anything about, but pretty frustrating. They clearly resent visitors. For last minute, this was good. For a planned out vacation, I'd shop around.
