The living area is comfortably furnished and features a large Smart TV and access to 2 separate balconies. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The well-appointed kitchen features granite counters, plenty of cabinet space and a Keurig coffee maker.

Just off the living area you'll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a laundry center.

The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, access to a balcony shared by the living area and a private bathroom. The bathroom has double sinks and a tiled walk-in shower.

The spacious guest room features 2 queen size beds, a Smart TV, access a balcony shared with the living area and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

For rentals in Hilton Head Island, the Moorings complex in Palmetto Dunes Resort is very close to the beach and features an on-site pool open April through September. The Moorings complex is not equipped with elevators. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
