415 Forest Beach is a unique gem of South Forest Beach. This stunningly renovated 1 bedroom, 2 full bathroom elevated townhome offers beautiful views of the Forest Beach Villa grounds, including the pool and tennis/pickleball courts.

The open-concept floor plan offers comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to one of two private balconies. There is a spacious private bathroom off the living area features a large walk-in shower.

The well-appointed kitchen features a large bar area with seating for 4, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and a Keurig coffee maker.

The entire 2nd level belongs to the primary suite. This area features a king bed, Smart TV, a private balcony and a beautiful bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities on Hilton Head Island, SC. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area.
